Wrap Around Care & Holiday Club
Extended School Day
We know how challenging school hours can be for busy and working parents, so our wrap around care gives you the option to extend the school day. This is available for all children from Nursery upwards and children are supervised by a team of qualified and experienced staff.
Sibling Club
The Nursery and Pre-Prep day runs until 3:20pm and we offer a free sibling club until 3:45pm to help parents who want to coordinate pick up with another child in the Prep school which finishes at 3:50pm.
Morning Wrap Around Care
The morning session starts at 7:30am in the Prep Dining Hall and includes a daily choice of a freshly cooked breakfast, toast, cereal, croissants, fruit, milk and juice. It’s a relaxed and enjoyable start to the day with activities available such as board games, drawing, construction, imaginative and outdoor play.
At 8:20am, children will be taken to their classrooms for the start of school (or older children will make their own way to their form room).
The cost of this is currently £6 per session.
Afternoon Wrap Around
The afternoon club runs from the end of the normal school day until either 5pm or 6pm. Children will be offered an after-school snack of sandwiches, fruit and a drink.
We create an environment where children can wind down at the end of the day. They can participate in activities such as arts and crafts, board games, construction and outdoor play, as well as having a quiet area where they can complete homework.
For children in Pre-Prep or Nursery the sessions will take place in the Prep-Prep building, and for children in the Prep school, sessions take place in the Prep Dining Hall.
The club costs £6 until till 5pm or £12 until 6pm and parents are invoiced on a termly basis.
Extra-Curricular Clubs
The school offers more than 60 extra-curricular clubs which enrich and extend the school day.
Holiday Club
We run an in-house multi-activity Holiday Club usually covering 5 weeks of the school holiday which is open to all children, including those in our Nursery. The club offers one week in the October half term, Christmas and Easter holidays and two weeks in the summer holidays. More details are below.
- The club is multi-activity based and includes lots of seasonally themed sports, crafts, construction and play.
- The club currently costs £200 per week per child and there is also be a 'wrap around' option offering an earlier drop off and later pick up for an additional £50 per week.
- The club runs from 9am until 4pm each day or 8:30am until 5:30pm for those needing wrap around care.
- Parents simply provide children with a packed lunch, water bottle and nut-free snack.
